Delton O. Fuller Conneaut- Delton Otis Fuller, 81, of Main St., Conneaut, passed away on Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at UH- Case Medical Center after a brief illness. Delton was born on December 7, 1933 in Conneaut the son of Robert Lee and Ellena Glen (Lewis) Fuller. He graduated from Rowe High School Class of 1952. After graduation he enlisted in the United States Air Force, where he served honorably. Mr. Fuller retired from RMI in 1996, after 30 years of service. He enjoyed tinkering with cars and helping others, including building "Pop Can Johnny's" cart. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Rita Burlingham Fuller; children, Amy (Carl) Hall, Randy Fuller and Wendy (Art) Ackerley; grandchildren, Sydnee and Glenn Hall, Michael Fuller and Amanda and Austin Ackerley; great-grandsons, Ayden and Amari; brothers, Robert (Donna) and Donald Fuller; sisters, Florence Irwin and Shirley (Tom) Webb; and a brother-in-law, Mitchell Roney. Delton was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Lila Roney. Private graveside services at Greenlawn Memory Gardens, with Pastor Keith Nitschke, of First Congregational United Church of Christ, officiating. American Legion Cowle Post #151, will honor their departed comrade with military rites. Should friends desire, memorials in memory of Delton, may be given to the American Legion Cowle Post #151, 272 Broad St., Conneaut. The Thompson-Smith-Nesbitt Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 345 Main St. Conneaut, is honored to serve the family.
