Conneaut- Jessica L. Palmquist, 46, passed away Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at UH-Cleveland.
She was born on September 20, 1976, in Mayfield Heights, the daughter of Kenneth J. Palmquist and Phyllis Dilcher. Jessica attended Conneaut Area City Schools. She was a wonderful waitress and enjoyed serving patrons at the Conneaut Perkins and Ashtabula Steak-N-Shake.
Jessica loved her children dearly and was proud to be their mom.
She will be dearly missed by her children, Robbie Jenkins, Lydia Jenkins and Royce Palmquist; her father, Kenneth Palmquist and his companion Cheryl Capela; mother, Phyllis (Mike) Dilcher; her siblings, Neal (Michelle) Palmquist, Erick Palmquist and Tiffany Palmquist; niece, Madison Palmquist; and a nephew Saxon Kubiak.
Inurnment of her ashes will be held at a later date.
