I remember Miss Kathy being one of the nicest, kindest smartest people I knew. I was lucky enough to have her for a landlord, and she was always more than pleasant and always willing to make it right if there was something going on. I loved her so much as a person and as a friend. Rest in heaven, Miss Kathie!❤️
