Obituary of Carolyn Fay Wheeler

Carolyn Fay Wheeler, went to be with our Lord and Savior on May 24th, 2025. Carolyn was 71 years old and passed with her loving husband Jim Wheeler and daughter Robyn Owens by her side in her home in Andover Ohio. Jim and Carolyn were married on June 21st, 1988, and spent 37 loving years together. Carolyn was born January 20th, 1954 in Richmond, Virginia to Faye Virginia Douglas and Jimmy Ray Jackson of North Carolina. Carolyn lived in Florida most of her childhood and moved to Michigan where she had four children, Ivan Great Pike (Grosskurth), Daniel Lee Pike (Grosskurth), and twin girls Robyn Faye Pike Owens, and Renee Lynn Pike (Grosskurth). Carolyn is survived by her husband Jim Wheeler of Andover, Ohio; her children Ivan, Daniel, Robyn and Renee all from Michigan; son-in-law, Daniel Owens. Carolyn has five grandsons, Roman Swan, Skylar Williams, Cohen Haynes, Aaron (Jessica) Smith, and Karter Owens; and two granddaughters, Leea Owens and Anabelle Owens; and one great-granddaughter Milah Owens. Carolyn was a member of Andover United Methodist Church and spent much of her time at Country Neighbor Senior Center where she had many friends. Carolyn was an amazingly kind woman and those who were blessed to know her say you could count on her for support, love, kindness and a good sense of humor. Carolyn's wishes were not to have a memorial service. Contributions may be directed to Jim Wheeler, 500 Gates Street, Apt 56, Andover, Ohio to assist with funeral expenses.
