Leroy "Roy" Waite, 83, of Conneaut, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 27, 2025. He Born on December 15, 1941, in Erie, Pennsylvania, Roy lived a life marked by dedication—to his family, his country, and his work.
A proud veteran of the United States Navy, Roy served his country with honor before embarking on a long and successful career as an engineer. On September 19, 1997, Roy married the love of his life, Brenda (Bennett) Waite. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and shared memories. Roy enjoyed spending time with his friends and was an active member of the Conneaut Eagles Lodge #408 and the West Springfield VFW Post #4965, where he found great camaraderie.
