Beverly J. Burlingham, 88, formerly of Main St., Conneaut went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on September 12, 2025 at the Ashtabula County Nursing Home, surrounded by her loving family.
Beverly was born on September 15, 1936 in Youngstown, Ohio the daughter of C. Matthew and Kathleen (nee Collins) McCann. She was a 1954 graduate of Conneaut High School and then went to cosmetology school and was a licensed beautician.
She met the love of her life, Clarence Burlingham, when he was her paperboy on Reig Avenue. They were married for 56 years before her love passed on September 24, 2012. Together they traveled the world in the Air Force, with their five children. They traveled in the VW Bus to Germany, Holland, Switzerland, Luxembourg, and many other places. Beverly and Clarence resided in Arizona, Nebraska, Germany, Las Vegas, New York, before returning to their home in Conneaut.
Beverly was a devoted wife, mom, grammy and GG. She had a deep and profound relationship with Jesus Christ and was a devoted member of the Ashtabula Pentecostal Church of God. She loved to share his word and walk in his light. Her faith, family, friends, music, books and photographs brought her joy.
Beverly is survived by her children, Ramona (James) Lauer, Joan (Mike) DeNunzio, and Catherine (Ted) Janson Charles (Pam) Burlingham and Lisa (Mark) Heinonen, all of Conneaut; grandchildren, Joel (Sarah) Lauer and Kristi (Jason) Tharp, Dionne (Paul Miller) DeNunzio, Mike (Angie) DeNunzio and Andrea (Adam) Rockwell, Christopher and Tony Janson, April (Tim Szalai ) Burlingham, Chip Burlingham, Nikos (Lindsay) Burlingham Sr. and Markus (Alayna) Heinonen and Sandra (Tony) Sholtis; great-grandchildren, Ryan Lauer, Ava and Aubrey Tharp, Elora and Mikey DeNunzio, Dani and Finley Rockwell, Wesley, Samuel, and Issak Heinonen, Lylah and Layci Bowman, Gabriel Sholtis, Gavin and Cora Szalai, Nikos, Jr. and Lily Burlingham.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Clarence C. Burlingham; and her dear sister, Rita Minor.
In keeping with her wishes, no services will be held. She will be interred next to her husband Clarence at Greenlawn Memory Gardens.
