I’m so sorry to hear this news. George, you were a true friend and excellent neighbor. For years I’ve saved that Paul Revere painting as your contact photo, because it always reminded me of you. You knew the simple joy of a finding a quality stick and were on the very short list of people that were welcome to knock on my door at any hour. The world is a darker place without you in it.

Titan and George
Although words are inadequate, we are sending our sincerest sympathy for the loss of your precious son George. Back in the day, he and Daniel were quite the duo. We have the fondest memory of their antics. May God, over time, lessen your pain and grief and help you to remember those wonderful moments you shared with George.

Before the invention of the car George, Dan, and I traveled everywhere by foot. Some of my favorite memories are of us all walking on Friday nights to Star Light video to rent movies and video games for the weekend. George always woke us up early on Saturday mornings after late Friday nights partying eating way too many cookies. There was no way he was going to have us miss our the local China buffet ritual.
We probably ate our weight in general tso's chicken and broccoli.
The news of George passing is absolutely terrible and he was one of the best friends of my life.
He wasn't only a great friend he was a grand human. I can't imagine surviving my childhood without his companionship. We practically lived together growing up.
He had a grand heart and a beautifully wild personality unmatched by anyone. He loved being part of a group especially on an adventure or journey but he didn't always have to be the center of attention. He also could read the entire Harry Potter series alone in one sitting.
He was a constant faithful protector to his family and his friends. Big George and Tita are forever in my prayers. I can't begin to understand the hurt they are experiencing.
I'm going to carry my memories of him with me forever.
