Phrania B. Wright Phrania “Fran” B. Wright, 76, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 12, 2017. Fran was born on June 28, 1940 in Painesville, the daughter of Oswald “Ozzie” and Mildred Baker. She graduated from The Ashtabula Harbor Class of 1959. Fran married the love her life Donald Wright, Jr on June 5, 1961. She was a talented artist and loved to knot, crochet and sew. Fran was an animal lover, especially horses. She also enjoyed gardening. Her family will remember her as a great mom, who could do everything. Fran is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Don Wright, Jr.; children, Rosanne (Joseph) Spaulding, Tammy Wright and Donald “Ozzie” (Melissa Champlin-Wright) Wright; granddaughters, RoseMcKenna Wright Hamshire and Samantha Mae Wright; and her sister, Hilda DiDonato. She was preceded in death by her parents; and siblings, Anne Steiner, Judith Davis, Beatrice Wheeler, Charles and Peter Baker. At her request, private family services where observed. Memorials in memory of Fran may be given to the APL, 5790 Green Road, Asht, Ashtabula, OH 44004. Thompson Smith Nesbitt Funeral Home and Cremation Services, is assisting family during this time.
