Susan L. Glass, 58, of Conneaut passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at the Ashtabula County Nursing Home.
She was born on August 8, 1958 in Erie, Pennsylvania the son of Joseph William Glass, Jr. and Jean Marie Phillips. Susan graduated from Iroquois High School Class of 1977. She graduated from Fortis Institute and was an LPN for Pleasant Ridge Manor, West and BAYADA Health Care.
She loved to care for the elderly and children and would bond with all her patients. Susan had a heart of gold and smile for everyone.
She is survived by the love of her life, Wilfredo Ortiz, Sr.; sons, Joseph (Jeanine) Ortiz and Wilfredo Ortiz, Jr.; grandchildren, Alex, Jeramiah, Joey and Dominic Ortiz and Hailey Ortiz; and her siblings, Terri (David) Brine, Yvonne Reed, William Glass and Kelly Glass-Fish.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, David Glass.
A celebration of life will be held nearer her birthday with her family and friends.
