Obituary of Jacqueline R. Coxon

Jacqueline "Jackie" R. Coxon, 90, of Broad St., Conneaut passed away peacefully on Friday, August 18, 2017 at the Ashtabula County Nursing Home.
She was born on May 4, 1927 in Willoughby, Ohio the daughter of Homer and Gladys (Francis) Shutt. Jackie was employed with Hercules Packing and Andover Industries for many years. She was a member of New Leaf United Methodist Church and attended the former Lakeview United Methodist Church, where she belonged to the Ladies Aid.
Mrs. Coxon enjoyed reading, baking, especially cookies and pies. She loved to garden and spend time with her family.
Jackie was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Harold Coxon.
She is survived by her two sons, Mark (Mary Lee) Coxon and Roy (Robin) Coxon; grandchildren, Michele (Dale) Otto, Christine (Michael) Myers, Eric (Michele) Thompson, Adam (Jaime) Coxon and Rachel and Rhett Coxon; 12 great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews, Rachel Mathews, Gary (Connie) Coxon, Ronnie (Sue) Coxon, Richard (Irene) Coxon, Joyce Powell and Carol Lundmark.
In keeping with her wishes, no calling hours will be observed. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at Spring Cemetery in Springboro, PA, with Rev. David Miller, officiating.
The family wishes to thank the staff of the Hospice of the Western Reserve and the Ashtabula County Nursing Home, for the care they gave our mother.
