Hazel C. Lamont, 86, of Conneaut, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 in Lake Pointe Nursing and Rehabilitation.
She was born on July 30, 1928 in North Springfield, Pennsylvania the daughter of Edward and Mary (Wise) Roland. Hazel worked for a short time at the Astatic Corporation and was a member of the Corpus Christi Parish and attended St. Frances Cabrini. She enjoyed cooking, playing bingo and garage sales.
Mrs. Lamont is preceded in death by her parents; husband Loren C. Lamont; a son, Michael J. Husk; and her half-brother, Edward Roland.
She leaves to cherish her memories, grandson, Michael W. and his wife Olesea Husk; daughter-in-law, Laura (Donald) Altenholf; and a great-grandson, Nathan Husk.
Committal services will be held, TODAY, Thursday, February 12, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. at the Greenlawn Memory Gardens Mausoleum Chapel, with Rev. Fr. Philip Miller, of Corpus Christi Parish, officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in memory of Hazel may be given to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 1166 Lake Ave., Ashtabula, Ohio
