Please share a memory of Janet to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Conneaut, OH-  Janet C. McEndree,  77, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 29, 2019 while staying at Fairview Manor for a brief time.

She was born on April 24, 1941 in Conneaut, Ohio. The daughter of Glenn H. and Margaret A. (Clark) Kobernik.  Janet graduated from Rowe High School Class of 1959.  She worked at Ashtabula County Nursing home, then was a diligent care giver for her mother. She had her own cleaning business for many years. She was last employed with Lake City Molding Shop before she retired. Janet was a baptized member of the Jehovah’s Witnesses faith and attended the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in West Springfield, PA.

Janet is survived by her children, Calista Slomski of Erie, PA,  Craig (Melanie) McEndree of Charleston, SC, and Edmond (Cindy) McEndree of Granite Falls, NC.  Janet is also survived by 5 grandchildren of whom she was extremely proud of, Shane , Olivia, Sylvia, and Steve McEndree of Charleston, SC and Ethan Slomski of Erie, PA.  And her brother, Glenn (Agnes) Kobernik of Conneaut, OH.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Mom was very caring and giving. She made sure we were always safe, warm and stomachs full. She would go without so our needs were met. She loved us and her grandchildren very much. She enjoyed cooking, baking, reading and spending time with family. She was happiest when all of her children were together laughing and eating.  Mom was especially fond of trips to Lake Erie to watch the sunset while enjoying an ice cream cone with family and friends. Being a hard worker, strong and independent she always knew it was best to rely on Jehovah and she encouraged us to love and rely on Jehovah God to take on our burdens and anxieties. Also through her diligence we are now today able to apply Jehovah's principals to guide our lives into Jehovah's new kingdom paradise when the righteous and unrighteous will be resurrected and death will be no more. 1 Corinthians 15:26
Acts 24:15, Revelation 21:3,4. We have confidence that Jesus through Jehovah's holy spirit will wake her and we can embrace her again.
John 11: 11-14, 25, 39-44. (JW.ORG)

At her request no services will be observed.
