Kenneth A. Simon, 80 of Conneaut passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on Thursday, December 24, 2020.

He was born November 18, 1940 in Conneaut the son of the late Alex and Helen (Megyesi) Simon. Ken graduated from Conneaut High School Class of 1958.

After graduation Ken joined the US Navy and honorably served our country. He married the love of his life Caroline Kinney on December 11, 1965.

Ken worked for many years at Wayne Dalton in Conneaut. He and his wife Carol were foster parents and help raise many children over the 25 years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, bowling, and gambling. He was also an avid Browns fan.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Caroline; daughter, Millie (Max Wheston); son, David (Grace) Simon; brother, John (Kathy) Simon; grandchildren, Zach Simon, Karter Kaczoroski, Marriea Simon, Alex Simon, Faith Simon, Jason Bowers, Nathan Bowers, Jennifer Treadway, Markie McElroy, and their grand dog, Frisky.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at 2:30PM at the Greenlawn Mausoleum Chapel, 3140 E. Center St., North Kingsville, Friends may call from 1:30 PM until the time of service at 2:30PM.
