Pierpont- Howard C. Eaton, 60, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, September 23, 2021, at UH-Conneaut Medical Center, due to medical difficulties.

He was born on September 17, 1961, in Erie, Pennsylvania the son of Clinton and Donieta (Robson) Eaton. Howard worked for many years for General Aluminum.

A self-proclaimed Mr. Fix-it, he could fix anything. His family and friends could count on him for assistance for fixing any mechanical or lawn mower issues they had. Howard also enjoyed helping his kids and grandkids with any of their projects they had. He loved spending time with his family, listening to 80’s & 90’s hard rock, being lively and having an upbeat attitude.

Howard’s family will miss him dearly, his loving wife of 37 years, Loretta Dyne Eaton; children, Amanda (Sam Snyder) Eaton and Christopher (Kimber) Eaton; stepchildren, Vanessa (Thomas) Copeland and Joshua Blood, Sr.; grandchildren, Zack, Tyler, Liam and Josh Blood, Jr., Cierra Eaton, Sammy, Destiny and Kilee Snyder, Alana and Hailee Nappi, Alivya Copeland, Hailey, Michael-Beau, and Leelan Murton, and one more grandbaby on its way; and his siblings, Virginia (Chuck) Ladow, William (Terri) Kimmy, Clair Eaton, Donald Eaton, Chip (Misty) Eaton, Roy Eaton, Sam Eaton and Wanita McQueeny.

He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter-in-law, Nichole Tisdale; and his siblings, David and Ed Eaton and Susan McCumber.

Graveside services will be held, Friday, October 1, 2021, at 11:00 AM at Evergreen Cemetery, Cemetery Rd., Pierpont, with Pastor Carson Robson, officiating.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to the family in care of the funeral home.
