Kingsville- Carol J. (Reed) Huey, 83, passed away on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at her home following a brief illness. She was born on August 18, 1938 to Howard and Lounetta (Stevens) Reed.

Carol graduated from Kingsville High School in 1956. She worked for Garfield’s Restaurant and retired after 26 years with Premix.

Carol is survived by daughters, Cheryl Huey, Patricia (Rick) Rice, Natalie (Joseph) Cawley; son, Stephen Huey; 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and her dear sisters, Norita Evans, Elinor Mihic and Janice Yambor; and sister-of-the-heart, Patricia Callahan.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Rodney Huey in 2017; and a daughter, Stephanie Taggart in 2020.

A graveside service will be observed, Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at 11:00AM at Lulu Falls Cemetery, with dear friend and pastor, Pat Fischer, officiating.

Should friends desire memorials in her name may be given to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 1166 Lake Rd., Ashtabula.
