Lauretta Nerrise Brown Obituary
Lauretta Nerrise Brown, 88, of Conneaut, passed away Friday, January 12, 2024, at the Ashtabula County Nursing Home.
She was born March 15, 1935, in Conneaut, the daughter of the late William "Willy" V. and Laura (Thayer) Quinn. Lauretta attended Conneaut High School where she played the clarinet in the Conneaut High School Marching Band.
Lauretta enjoyed gardening. She was an avid animal lover and provided a loving home to many animals over the years. She loved to have aquariums of fish, and she especially took to cats. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family.
She is survived by her children, Brenda, Edward, and Sharon Brown; sister, Marilyn Quinn; grandchildren, Mike Brown and Matthew (Sarah) Terry; and great grandchildren Alice and Jack Terry.
Lauretta was preceded in death by her husband Walter "Ted" Brown, and her parents.
At her request no services will be eld and cremation will take place.
