Wendy C. Ivol Obituary

Wendy C. Ivol, 62, passed away on Friday, April 5, 2024 after a short battle with pancreatic cancer. She was surrounded by her loving family at her home.

She was born in Pittsburgh, PA to the late Edgar and Elsie (Painter) Craddock.

Wendy grew up in Green Tree and had remained in the Pittsburgh area her entire life. She graduated from Keystone Oaks High School Class of 1979. Wendy adored sewing, quilting, and cross-stitching, immersing herself in these crafts whenever possible. Yet, her greatest joy stemmed from spending time with her grandchildren, who she could never get enough of. She effortlessly found the positives in every circumstance. Wendy always had a desire to help others when they needed it. She also had a remarkable green thumb which could be seen in every room of her house.

Left to cherish the memories of Wendy is her daughter; Stephanie (Daniel) Passatore; granddaughters, Gianna and Skyler Passatore; her sisters, Marilyn Craddock and Patricia (John) Ashley; nieces, Amy Ashley and Kelly Ashley.

Wendy was preceded in death by her parents.

A Celebration of Life will be held in Wendy's honor at 11:30AM on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at West Ridge Community Church, 100 Gorwood Dr, Coraopolis, PA 15108.

Memorial contributions may be made in her name to West Ridge Community Church.

Wendy's family would like to thank the staff at Angels for the Elderly LLC for their love and care during her final moments.

In the words of Wendy, make it a great one!
