Conneaut- Donald W. Eaton, 67, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 23, 2024 at UH-Cleveland.

He was born on February 18, 1957 in Erie, Pennsylvania to Clinton and Donieta (Robson) Eaton. Donald attended high school in Girard, Pennsylvania. He retired after 26 years from General Aluminum.

Don enjoyed fishing and playing scratch off lottery tickets. You would often find him in the coffee lounge at the Conneaut Manor socializing with friends. Don also loved visiting with family, spending time and handing out money to the nieces and nephews, to which he earned the nick name, "Uncle Money."

Don is survived by his loving family, including his siblings, Wanita McQueeney of Conneaut, Virginia (Charles) LaDow of Monroe Center, William (Terri) Kimmy of Effingham, South Carolina, Clair Eaton of Conneaut, Chip (Misty) Eaton of Conneaut, Roy Eaton of Kingsville, and Sam Eaton of Ashtabula; and many beloved nieces, nephews, family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and his siblings, Ed Eaton, David Eaton, Howard Eaton and Susan McCumber

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at 7:00PM at Thompson-Smith-Nesbitt Funeral Home, 345 Main St., Conneaut, where calling hours will be held from 5PM until time of service at 7PM. Private Burial at Glenwood Cemetery.
