Vern was a very good man he was good friends with my mom Juanita case before she passed away Vern helped me with some hard times he was a good listener to me when I was younger I was married to someone that abused me .Vern and I would sit outback and talk to me trying to cheer me up.he always had toys for my kids he loved to see them happy.when we were little he would bring cupcakes and lots of goodies for all the kids on the road.he would make sure everyone of us got goodies.the last time I saw him i was having a scope done for my heart issues my daughter was there and he kept talking to her and again going to the vending machine and getting her goodies even tho he was there for someone else.when I had my stroke his bed was right accross the hall so we visited eachother a lot.his daughter Jimmy has a heart like his ,A VERY careing one.as people say u don't know what you got till it's gone.I luv u Vern God be with u luv Sammy,Mariah,and Trisha God bless
